Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that support our operations, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

Assist with the loading and unloading of customers possessions. Perform general site maintenance, including organising work areas. Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required. Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks effectively. Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects. Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately.

Experience

Previous experience in a labour-intensive role is advantageous but not essential. Previous experience as a Labourer for a Home Removals Company. Familiarity with manual handling techniques is preferred. Ability to work in various weather conditions and physical environments. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. A proactive approach to problem-solving and task completion. Has experience of driving vans or LGV's.
