What you will be doing:
Providing customers with bespoke insurance quotations, tailoring products to individuals needs
Dealing with both existing and new customers
Retaining existing clients
Upselling additional products
Always providing Excellent customer service
Reporting to Team leader/Manager
Reviewing an allocated renewal invite list
Invite policies compliantly.
Check policy data accuracy
Ensure client records are updated appropriately
Review a fair analysis of the market
Handling Inbound & Outbound Calls
Renew Policies Household policies compliantly
Respond to Customer Renewal Queries
What we're looking for:
Excellent IT and data entry skills
Good standard of numeracy and literacy
Ability to communicate well
Great attention to detail
Excellent administration skills
Previous sales or customer service experience
Insurance experience is preferable but not essential as full training will be provided
Excellent customer service skills, incorporating a confident and pleasant phone manner
Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise own workload effectively

Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Excel, word and Outlook.
Highly self-motivated
