based out of our

Cardiff office

hybrid or fully remote working options

available. You'll work weekday mornings or afternoons for a

2-month contract

competitive salary between 12,698.40 and 13,000.00

The Role: Make Every Call Count

As a

Sales Support Agent

, you'll be the friendly first voice for customers looking for travel insurance--handling

new quote enquiries, renewals, and payment processing

with professionalism and precision.

Deliver first-class support to customers over the phone Match clients with the best insurance products for their needs Securely process card payments using our advanced call system Contribute to revenue growth with every successful policy Support inbox and live chat duties to enhance service reach

What We're Looking For

Excellent written & verbal communication skills Sharp attention to detail and service-oriented mindset Confidence working independently and as part of a team Previous experience in call centres, admin or live chat is a bonus
