About the Role:
As a Housekeeper, you'll play a key role in delivering a high-quality cleaning service throughout our home. You'll be responsible for maintaining hygiene standards in line with company policy and national guidelines.
Key Responsibilities: Clean designated areas to agreed standards and schedules
Use cleaning equipment and materials safely and effectively
Follow daily task lists and instructions from senior staff
Maintain awareness of surroundings and adhere to health and safety regulations
Report any incidents, faults, or hazards promptly to the Head of Housekeeping or senior manager
Respect resident dignity and privacy at all times
Lock and secure areas when required
Participate in audits and inspections as directed
Maintain a smart appearance and wear appropriate uniform and footwear
Complete all mandatory training and attend ongoing development sessions

Respectful, professional, and discreet when working around residents
Willingness to work as part of a team and follow set routines
* Ability to travel to and from the site reliably (own transport is essential)
