About the Role:

As a Housekeeper, you'll play a key role in delivering a high-quality cleaning service throughout our home. You'll be responsible for maintaining hygiene standards in line with company policy and national guidelines.?

Key Responsibilities:

Clean designated areas to agreed standards

Use cleaning equipment safely and effectively

Follow daily task lists & instructions from senior staff

Maintain awareness of surroundings and adhere to health and safety regulations

Report any incidents, faults, or hazards promptly to the Head of Housekeeping or senior manager

Respect resident dignity & privacy at all times

Lock and secure areas when required

Participate in audits & inspections

Maintain a smart appearance and wear appropriate uniform and footwear

Complete all mandatory training and attend ongoing development sessions
