Job Vacancy: Housekeeping Manager
Location: Victoria Square Hotel, Bristol
Pay: Up to 15 per hour (depending on experience)
Victoria Square Hotel is looking for a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead our small and friendly team.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in high standards, is organised, and enjoys supporting both team and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a high level of cleanliness in guest rooms and public areas.*
Organise supplies, manage time effectively, and report any stock or maintenance issues.*
Lead by example, ensuring consistent quality and attention to detail.*
Communicate clearly with team members, management, and other departments.*
Comply with health & safety, hygiene, and manual handling procedures.*
Requirements:
Previous housekeeping experience, ideally in a supervisory or managerial role.*
Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills.*
A positive and proactive attitude.*
Pay: Up to 15 per hour (based on experience)
Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, 5 days per week (including some weekends)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to 15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
