Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, including commercial establishments and hotels. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure a high standard of cleanliness. Change bed linens, replenish towels, and restock toiletries as needed. Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a pristine environment. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and shampoo carpets as required. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Assist with laundry duties when necessary, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens. Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely manner. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations within the establishment.

Experience

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and colleagues. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.75 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 32 per week
