Greenzest is looking for 2 X confident, hands-on Team Leader Housekeeper to supervise and deliver high-quality, sustainable cleaning at Egrove Park, Oxford. This role combines frontline cleaning with small-team leadership to keep the site spotless and the team motivated. This job is on 5 days out of 7 days pattern, SO PLEASE DON`T APPLY IF YOU CAN`T WORK WEEKENDS-on rotation

Core responsibilities

Lead and supervise the housekeeping team on site, setting standards and allocating tasks for both morning and afternoon shifts. Deliver high-quality cleaning across offices, communal areas, and client-specified zones to Greenzest standards. Carry out daily quality checks, record findings. Train and mentor new team members; Maintain and report stock levels for consumables and cleaning supplies. Report site issues, escalate sanitation or maintenance concerns, and liaise with contract manager and client contacts. Cover operational cleaning tasks as needed (vacuuming, mopping, waste management, restroom servicing).

Person specification - Good English speaking is a Must.

Previous commercial cleaning experience with at least some supervisory or lead responsibilities. Strong communication and team-coaching skills; able to run short, clear briefings. Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working split shifts. Basic numeracy and written skills to complete checklists and stock records. Ability to work independently, make on-the-spot decisions, and represent Greenzest professionally to site stakeholders. Valid right to work in the UK and willingness to undergo any required site induction and DBS/H&S checks where applicable.

Pay: 14.00-16.00 per hour
