We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team in a vibrant hospitality environment. Duties

Clean and sanitise guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to ensure a pristine environment. Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors, ensuring all surfaces are free from dirt and debris. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Restock cleaning supplies and report shortages as necessary. Follow established cleaning protocols and health regulations to maintain hygiene standards. Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, and folding linens. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests with professionalism.

Skills

Previous experience in hotel or hospitality settings is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleaning standards. Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting and moving items as needed.
