Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facilities, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for all guests. This position is essential in the hospitality industry, where attention to detail and a commitment to high standards are paramount.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces. Ensure all bathrooms are cleaned and stocked with necessary supplies. Change bed linens and towels, ensuring they are fresh and presentable. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and stairwells. Follow established cleaning protocols and adhere to health and safety regulations. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests in a friendly manner.

Experience

Previous experience in hotel or hospitality settings is preferred but not essential. A strong work ethic with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently within designated timeframes. Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Good communication skills and the ability to interact positively with guests and colleagues alike.
