House Keeping Assistant
Job Description
Duffryn FFrwd Manor has been trading for over 25 years and we are based in Nantgarw, Nr. Caerphilly & Pontypridd and just off the M4 Corridor. We are looking for an experienced House-Keeping Assistant (on a bank contract) however, if you have no experience in-house training will be provided. We are looking for someone who is able to work with our team of house-keeping staff. You must have good communication skills as you will be in close contact with the residents, staff and visitors on a daily basis.
We have free on site parking, 2 free uniforms, free training, overtime rate 3.00 per hour and a good Pension Scheme. Double time for working Christmas and New Year
Brief Duties
Cleaning the resident's bedrooms & bathrooms.
Making sure that all communal areas are spotlessly clean.
Change bedding and towels etc.
Polish, vacuum and mop floors making sure that all surfaces are free from dirt and debris.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Making sure you have a good stock of cleaning supplies and report shortages as needed.
Follow established health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Assist with laundry duties when necessary, including washing, drying, and folding linen.
Job Type: Temp to perm
Pay: From 12.30 per hour
