Housekeeping and Laundry Assistant

12.85 per hour. Full or part time and bank hours available (40 or 24 hours per week) includes alternate weekends

We have a vacancy for a Housekeeping and Laundry Assistant who takes real pride in ensuring their work is always completed to our high standards.

Working as part of a team, you will maintain the privacy, confidentiality and dignity of each resident and handle their possessions with due care and respect.

As a Housekeeping and Laundry Assistant you will be responsible for:

ensuring that all areas of our centre, including public areas and our resident's rooms are clean, and our high standards are met at all times.

laundering and ironing our residents' clothing, putting it away tidily and ensuring wardrobes and drawers are always clean and neat, and repairing clothing where necessary

maintaining linen stocks for day to day use
