Studley Rose care Home are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a passion and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our residents enjoy a comfortable and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitise guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment. Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required. Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain an inviting atmosphere. Vacuum carpets and mop floors to uphold cleanliness standards. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, and folding linens. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained in an organised manner. Uphold the highest standards of hospitality by providing excellent service to guests.

Qualifications

Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role within the hospitality or care industry is preferred but not essential. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and efficiently. Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively. Good communication skills and a friendly disposition towards guests and team members. Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties for extended periods, including lifting and moving items as necessary. A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and respecting guest privacy.
