Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organisation in our facilities. This role is essential in ensuring that our guests enjoy a comfortable and welcoming environment. Previous experience in hotel or janitorial settings is highly desirable.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained. Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish amenities as required. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain a pristine appearance throughout the premises. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Assist with laundry duties as needed, ensuring all linens and uniforms are cleaned and stored properly. Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation in compliance with health regulations. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests in a friendly and efficient manner.

Requirements

Previous hotel experience is preferred but not essential; hospitality or janitorial experience will be considered advantageous. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as required. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 15.00-16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week
