You will be responsible for delivering the daily housekeeping operations effectively and efficiently. As a team player you will demonstrate our values and align with our Purpose, Vision and Brand, as well as the behaviours of One WildLand Team and One Wild Way.Key Responsibilities * Be a role model of WildLand Team work.
- Align with our People Ethos and Health & Safety requirements.
- Deliver a consistent high performance in the housekeeping and laundry functions.
- Partner with Front of House and Chef Teams to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Identify opportunities to continuously improve the Guest Experience.
- Fulfil the Front of House function as part of a flexible and adaptable team where required.
- Participate in the WildLand management systems and processes which support a sustainable business.
