Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation within our establishment. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests experience a welcoming and comfortable environment.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure they meet the highest standards of cleanliness. Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required. Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a tidy appearance. Vacuum carpets and mop floors to ensure cleanliness throughout the premises. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Restock cleaning supplies as needed and maintain inventory levels. Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or concerns.

Qualifications

Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role within the hospitality or hotel industry is preferred but not essential. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and efficiently. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively. A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding service. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Good communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.80-13.10 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 26 per week
