Reporting to the Ops Manager, the role of Head Housekeeper will be to ensure all apartments/hotel rooms and public areas are serviced to an exceptional standard.
Duties will include but are not exhaustive to the following:-
- Checking rooms and ensuring a high standard.
- Ordering of linen and cleaning products.
- Ensuring communal/public areas are clean, welcoming and smell fresh at all times.
- Liaising with the team and making sure they clean rooms within the time allocations.
- Producing a rota and timesheets for payroll.
- Reviewing complaints and investigating.
Skills and Experience Required
Excellent cleaning skills and experience.
Attention to detail.
Experience working in a hotel or serviced apartment environment is preferred
Management experience essential
Hours of Work
30 hours a week across 4 days(includes weekends)
