Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in residential or commercial settings. This role requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional service, ensuring that all areas are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized to meet high standards of hygiene and comfort.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Ensure proper sanitation practices are followed to maintain a healthy environment. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and requests promptly and courteously. Carry out floor care duties such as sweeping, buffing, and carpet cleaning as needed. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management. Collaborate with housekeeping management to uphold standards of cleanliness and efficiency.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and guests. Knowledge of floor care methods, including carpet cleaning techniques. Ability to manage time effectively and work independently with minimal supervision. Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results in all cleaning tasks. Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

Pay: 7.55-12.21 per hour
