We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facilities, ensuring that guests enjoy a comfortable and welcoming environment. Responsibilities

Clean and sanitise guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards. Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required. Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a pristine appearance. Vacuum carpets and mop floors to ensure cleanliness throughout the premises. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Restock cleaning supplies and report shortages as necessary. Follow established health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Assist with laundry services as needed, ensuring all items are cleaned and returned promptly.

Experience

Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role within the hotel or hospitality industry is preferred. Strong attention to detail with an ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. A friendly and approachable demeanour, with strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
