We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team to work in 5-star Hotels based in Central London. The ideal candidate will have a passion, responsibility, reliability, punctuality and commitment for hospitality and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organisation in our facilities. This role is crucial in ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests and residents, contributing to their overall experience.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene accordingly hotel policies. Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors while paying attention to detail in all areas. Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests in a friendly and efficient manner.

Requirements

Previous experience in housekeeping is essential; Luxury hotel experience is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Good communication skills with a friendly disposition towards guests and colleagues. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. A commitment to providing excellent hospitality and ensuring guest satisfaction. Job Types: Full-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: 12.50-15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 48 per week
