What are we looking for?

We are looking to take on a supervisor working within a busy hotel. You will hold experience with checking over hotel rooms and supervising a team. We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking individual. Your role will be very varied a will see you carrying out a number of duties.

Average weekly hours:

16 to 24 hours

Availability:

We do ask for supervisors to be available to work weekends to ensure we have sufficient management on site for the team, on the busiest days of the week.

What will your main responsibilities be?

You will be accountable for successfully supervising a team of room attendants, you will encourage and support the team, ensuring the highest possible standards are always kept. You must be flexible to help the room attendants and get stuck in with the cleaning of the rooms and lead the team by example.
