Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel housekeeping and hospitality.

Duties:
- Manage and supervise the housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards
- Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with hotel standards
- Coordinate with other departments, such as maintenance and front desk, to address any guest requests or issues
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed
- Maintain a safe working environment for the housekeeping staff by enforcing safety guidelines and procedures
- Handle guest complaints or concerns regarding housekeeping services in a professional manner

Experience:
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or hospitality management is required
- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and chemicals used in the hospitality industry
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests, staff, and management
