Housekeeping Supervisor

What you'll do:

Oversee daily operations ensuring all housekeeping standards meet client specifications. Lead, motivate, and manage the housekeeping team to maintain high performance and professionalism. Liaise with reception, facilities, and management teams to ensure smooth communication. Manage operational tasks such as handovers, stock control, and compliance with quality standards. Control budgets, monitor costs, and ensure safety and security across the site. Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly. Support recruitment, training, and staff development. Ensure all team members project a professional and approachable image. Fulfill duty manager responsibilities as scheduled.

What you'll bring:

Minimum 2 years experience in the cleaning industry Strong people management skills Multi-tasking and proactive approach Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Resilient, reliable, and able to work independently Flexible with a hands-on, can-do attitude Attention to detail and strong customer focus
