Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Wheatsheaf Hotel & Restaurant. In this role, you will oversee the housekeeping department, ensuring that our accommodations meet the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations. Inspect guest rooms and public areas to maintain cleanliness standards. Train new housekeeping employees on procedures and best practices. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. Develop cleaning schedules and assign tasks to team members. Address guest inquiries and concerns regarding room cleanliness promptly. Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experiences.

Requirements

Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality management is preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Effective communication skills to interact with staff and guests. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
