Join us as a Housekeeping Supervisor at Bede's Trust.



Do you have a passion for leadership and maintaining exceptional standards? Bede's Trust is seeking two highly motivated and supportive Housekeeping Supervisors to oversee our cleaning operations at across two prestigious school in East Sussex.

This is a critical, hands-on role where you will lead, inspire, and develop a dedicated team of cleaning operatives with support from the Housekeeping Manager. Your leadership will be key to ensuring all areas of the school consistently meet the highest benchmarks for cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation. You will directly impact the daily experience of our pupils, staff and visitors by driving operational efficiency and guaranteeing quality.

We are looking for someone who is:



An exceptional communicator (verbally and in writing) who can create a positive and collaborative team culture. A resilient professional who maintains a positive attitude when working under pressure. Highly knowledgeable regarding different cleaning chemicals and possesses exceptional understanding of COSHH regulations.
Previous experience in a school environment is beneficial but not required, we value your leadership and expertise!

We will be offering two roles with the following terms:

Housekeeping Supervisor (Mornings)



Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year 6.00am - 2.00pm with a 30 minute unpaid break per day.

Housekeeping Supervisor (Afternoons)



Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year 12.00pm - 8.00pm with a 30 minute unpaid break per day.

These roles will mainly be situated at our Senior School in Upper Dicker with travel to our Prep School in Eastbourne each week.
