In a Nutshell

The Housekeeping Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring guests have an outstanding first impression of our luxurious self-catering apartments. With exceptional attention to detail and a hands-on leadership style, you will ensure all apartments are presented in pristine condition, support the wider team, and promptly escalate any maintenance or operational issues to site management.

Key Responsibilities

Property Presentation & Cleaning

Take full responsibility for the complete cleaning of apartments after guest departures. Check all apartments before guest arrival to ensure they meet Together Travel's high standards. Conduct spot checks during cleans and escalate maintenance issues promptly. Use residence checklists to ensure every area is cleaned and presented to the required standard. Use the correct cleaning products safely while maintaining excellent hygiene levels. Regularly replace cleaning materials to ensure effectiveness and cleanliness. Change all bed linens to a high standard, escalating any damaged or marked items. Ensure bathrooms are cleaned to an exceptional standard and stocked with linens and amenities.

Leadership & Support

Provide day-to-day supervision, motivation, and support to the Housekeeping team. Deputise for the General Manager and Assistant General Manager when required. Lead by example with a positive, hands-on working style. Offer clear guidance, direction, and coaching to team members to uphold high standards.

Guest Experience

Greet guests in a warm, friendly, and consistent manner. Respond promptly to guest requests; escalate where necessary while keeping guests updated. Maintain a professional, approachable, and 'can do' attitude at all times.

Supplies & Administration

Manage stock levels of cleaning materials, linen, and supplies; reorder as needed. Report any residence issues or health and safety concerns to the relevant manager. Adhere to all Together Travel health and safety procedures. Uphold brand standards by maintaining a smart, professional appearance and wearing the correct uniform.

About You

You have previous experience supervising or leading a housekeeping team and enjoy working collaboratively to achieve exceptional standards. You are confident giving clear direction, constructive feedback, and supporting team development. You take pride in delivering high-quality housekeeping and have an exceptional eye for detail. You're positive, proactive, and enjoy getting involved in all aspects of site operations. You feel comfortable speaking with guests about their accommodation and recommending local activities or points of interest. You thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment--especially during busy seasons.
Pay: 12.50 per hour
