We're looking for a passionate and detail-driven

Housekeeping Supervisor

to join our luxury team at

Sofitel London St James

.


You'll lead and inspire our housekeeping team, ensuring our guest rooms and public areas shine to perfection. From managing supplies to maintaining five-star standards, you'll play a key role in delivering the French elegance and world-class service our guests love.

What you'll do:



Supervise and train a dedicated housekeeping team Ensure rooms and public spaces are spotless and guest-ready Oversee stock and uphold sustainability standards Collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless service

Qualifications

Previous experience in a housekeeping role in a luxury hotel or similar establishment. Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Flexibility to work in different shifts, including weekends and bank holidays. Good computer literacy. Knowledge of Opera and HotSOS is an advantage. Fluent in English, any other language is a plus.
