We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team in delivering exceptional service within our hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hotel housekeeping operations and demonstrate excellent leadership skills.
This is a self employed role.
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to standard.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels.
Address guest inquiries or complaints regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
Develop and implement cleaning schedules to optimise productivity while maintaining quality service.
To clean holiday homes to a high standard, this involves working independently or part of a team.
Maintain health and safety standards within the housekeeping department.
Skills
Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment used in the hospitality sector.
