About The Role



Lead our Housekeeping Team and Ensure Quality in the Spaces where Students to Succeed



EKC Group are seeking a Housekeeping Team leader to join the Group and lead our Housekeeping team at EKC Sheppey College.


You will have a positive attitude, with the ability to motivate and lead a team of housekeepers while maintaining high levels of cleanliness & hygiene. You will also be able to perform the array of cleaning tasks including the use of machinery widely used in the industry.

Hours per week: 15


Shift pattern: Monday to Friday - 5.30am to 8.30am


Salary: 11,598

About You





We're looking for a reliable and motivated individual who takes pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our students, staff, and visitors.


You will:




Have

previous experience in cleaning

, ideally within a

commercial or educational setting

Preferably have

team leadership experience

or the ability to support and guide others Be able to

learn quickly

and maintain

high standards of cleanliness and hygiene

Take a

proactive and responsible approach

to their work

Qualifications and training:




Hold a

Level 2 qualification in English & Maths

or be willing to work towards these (supported by the College) A

Health & Safety certificate

would be an advantage, though not essential as full training will be provided
