You will be responsible for delivering the daily front of house service and operations effectively and efficiently. As a team player you will demonstrate our values and align with our Purpose, Vision and Brand, as well as the behaviours of One WildLand Team and One Wild Way.Key Responsibilities

• Be a role model of WildLand Team work.
• Align with our People Ethos and Health & Safety requirements.
• Deliver a consistent high performance in the Front of House & Guest Experience Function.
• Partner with Housekeeping and Chef Teams to enhance the overall guest experience.
• Identify opportunities to continuously improve the Guest Experience.
• Fulfil the Housekeeping function as part of a flexible and adaptable team where required.
• Participate in the WildLand management systems and processes which support a sustainable business.
