We are currently recruiting for an Adaptations Officer to provide comprehensive support in the delivery of Housing Adaptations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in building construction, measuring, designing and all aspects of building works. You will have a building related qualification. You will provide advice to the clients with regard to proposed adaptations, prepare specifications and technical drawings for adaptation work. You will manage adaptation works, monitoring work on site and carrying out post completion inspections. We are looking for an individual willing to learn and to be part of a team that will successfully deliver this statutory service. Previous experience in this type of work is essential.
