The Service
Our Home Improvement Agency provides a range of services for older, vulnerable, and disabled people to help them remain living independently and in their own homes.

The Role
As a Technical Officer, you will assist with the organisation, planning and management of adaptations to enable people to remain independent in their homes.
You will work closely with clients to facilitate a broad range of home repairs and adaptations that enable independent living. Collaborating with contractors, stakeholders, and other professionals, you will assess individual needs, develop tailored schemes of work, and oversee their delivery through to practical completion- ensuring quality, compliance, and client satisfaction throughout the process.
You will liaise with Occupational Therapy staff and other professionals and ensure a positive customer experience.
Required Skills and Experience
The successful applicant will have:
Experience working in the construction industry
An HNC in construction (or equivalent) or have a construction trade background
Effective communication skills and
A commitment to multi-disciplinary working
The ability to manage a varied workload
This role requires post holder to work across the county.
