Norwich Housing Society are seeking a flexible person with excellent interpersonal skills to join their small established team. The successful applicant must be willing to learn and have an enthusiastic, friendly personality.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Office Manager and liaise closely with other members of staff to deliver a high-quality tenant-focused service.
This is a varied role where the candidate will be instrumental in providing a thorough Housing and Administration Service based at the Society's main office, which is situated in Bracondale, Norwich.
Duties will include the administration of tenant applications, lettings, the tenancy termination process, monitoring rent accounts and the management of the Society's waiting list.
Applicants will need to have the ability to work independently with the support of a small team.
Good I.T. skills are essential, and a general understanding of Housing Management, Tenancy Agreements and the Welfare Benefits system is also desirable.
