Do you want to make a difference to help those in need of housing advice and statutory homelessness services in Newport?
Working broadly in line with the Housing Advice and Prevention Team Leader , the successful candidate for this role will focus specifically on managing the daily caseload of the First Contact and Referral Officers and Assertive Progression Officers. Experience and knowledge of the Common Housing Allocation Policy and the Civica Housing system is an essential requirement for this role.
The post is primarily based at the Central Library Museum, with some home working.
