We are looking to recruit Housing Advisors (Case Workers) and Patch Managers (Support Workers).
Housing Advisors are responsible for providing advice and assistant to people, who often have complex needs or are facing difficult circumstances with a focus on preventing homelessness.
Patch Managers are responsible for all service and neighbourhood aspects within a designated patch (area/location) which may include the management of both estates and singular dwellings.
This is a great opportunity for a suitably qualified individual with experience in a support worker role / customer service and a passion for solving problems, working with others and making a real difference to the lives of people within our communities.
The roles are located across Northern Ireland and the salary scale for this post (Level 5) is 24,491 - 29,577 per annum. In addition to basic pay we also have an excellent pension scheme with an employer contribution of 19.5% making the total financial package 29,267 - 35,344 per annum.
