Our client, a prestigious national law firm ranked in the Legal 500, is seeking a Solicitor-level lawyer to join their Housing & Leasehold Management team in London.
The ideal candidate will have experience handling breach of lease claims, service charges, and dispensations. Some post-qualification experience in housing and/or leasehold management is essential. Exposure to breach of lease matters, service charge disputes, and applications for dispensation will be particularly beneficial.
The team works closely with the firm's Real Estate and Governance departments, who are as much internal clients as our external instructors. The client base includes registered providers, developers, and private property portfolio holders - ranging from individuals and companies to charities and institutions.
