We are seeking to recruit an energised, highly motivated professional to fill this challenging and rewarding role. It is a fantastic opportunity for someone who may already work in the housing sector, or someone working within a similar environment to seize an opportunity to work within the social housing sector.

Essential criteria:

1. Customer focussed, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

3. Experience of managing a challenging workload in a busy environment.

You will become a familiar face in our communities and be empowered to deliver "right first time" services for our customers. You will also be required to operate in an ever-changing environment, where a flexible approach is necessary.

Working as part of the Housing Management Team, but liaising with other departments, the role requires a reliable individual with excellent communication skills and have an ability to adapt these skills in different situations.
