Are you an experienced administration/business support manager with a strong customer service background looking for a new challenge? Are you confident in dealing with customer queries and complaints and want to support our residents?
This position will support the Housing Business and Customer Manager for a period of 18 months to allow them to focus on key project work being undertaken. This role will undertake some of the day-to-day functions of the Housing Business Manager including freedom of information and subject access requests, compiling accurate data and timelines for complaint response and responding to service level queries.
You will also lead a team of Business Support and Administration Officers, which supports both Housing Maintenance and the wider Housing service. This means working closely with senior managers, surveyors, and officers to ensure high standards of administrative support and customer service are maintained. Strong communication skills, especially written are essential, as is the ability to stay organised, prioritise effectively, and pay close attention to detail.

Working Hours
- 37 Hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8am and 5.15pm. This role can be flexible in start and finish times, but this would be dependent on needs of the service.
