Job Introduction
We're offering a great opportunity for a Housing Claims Manager to join our team, working closely with tenants, legal colleagues, and contractors to process and resolve housing claims.
With responsibility for over 11,000 council homes, you'll manage claims from the moment we receive them through to resolution. This includes arranging surveys, identifying and overseeing necessary works, and liaising with tenants and legal parties to achieve a good outcome.
You'll also work closely with our contractors to ensure all works are completed and legally signed off. Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping are essential skills for this role.
Reporting to the Assistant Director for Housing Maintenance, Investment and Corporate Health & Safety, you will be part of a supportive Claims Team that values efficiency and positive collaboration.
