Epping Forest District Council is seeking a motivated individual to oversee our grounds maintenance services and ensure high standards for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and report on service quality and compliance with contract specifications. Work collaboratively with contractors to maintain standards and meet contractual obligations. Ensure statutory and legal requirements are fulfilled. Conduct inspections, identify remedial work, and manage follow-up actions.

About You:

Experience in customer service, ideally within social housing. Proven ability to manage contracts and service providers. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Skilled in building effective relationships and ensuring compliance.


This role requires travel across the district; a valid driving licence and access to a car are essential.
