This is a fast-paced, challenging environment. There are two posts available.Team working together with the ability to prioritise is essential for this role.The Council would like to hear from committed, enthusiastic and determined housing professionals who can help to deliver a frontline housing service that responds to the changing needs of tenants and the new regulatory framework. Weekly arrears management is essential for this role.You will be required to attend Court on occasions for income and anti-social behaviour management.
