This is a unique opportunity for 2 talented Supported Housing Development Leads to join our expanding, fast paced Development and Growth Team. You'll have the opportunity to lead the management of a number of our exciting development projects, which will contribute to our target of delivering 250 home this year.

Home-based role in one of the locations listed above with regular regional travel. Occasional national travel including team meetings in Manchester office when required.

Your responsibilities will include:



Acting as the key representative of the organisation, delivering exceptional stakeholder engagement and project oversight from conception to completion. Conducting project viability assessments and ensuring timely, budget-conscious delivery of specialist housing projects for adults with learning disabilities and autistic individuals. Building and maintaining strategic relationships with landlords, local authorities, and tenants/customers to facilitate housing solutions. Supporting the organisation's ambitious growth strategy by identifying and securing new development opportunities.

To succeed in this role you will have the following:



Strong relationship and communication skills, in order to build and maintain key working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including internal teams, care and support providers, developers/landlords and Local Authorities. A 'can do' attitude and initiative, with the ability and project management tools to see tasks/projects through to completion, making valuable service improvement recommendations. Sound commercial awareness and understanding of the social/supported housing sector including financial, contractual and regulatory requirements. Excellent presenting skills in order to promote GLH's work both verbally and in writing
