The role

We are seeking a dynamic and committed Housing Officer to join the Neighbourhood Team managing a dedicated patch. This position would be ideal for someone who is committed to customer excellence and working in a high performing customer centric, estate and neighbourhood management team.


The role is part of a strong neighbourhood team, responsible for delivering a high quality, integrated neighbourhood management service that is closer to our customer and helps to create sustainable neighbourhoods by being a visible presence on our estates. This will include investigating reports of anti-social Behaviour, following organisational policies and procedures, carrying out scheme inspections and assisting with the management of service charges.

The right fit

Experience in delivering high-quality front-line customer facing housing. Experience of working in partnership with other agencies. You must have knowledge of housing regulations and other relevant legislation. Ability to prioritise your workload in order to meet targets and deadlines. Excellent numeracy, ICT, and literacy skills with the ability to analyse data and write reports

You must have a full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.*
