We are currently looking for a housing officer to provide a visible, approachable and customer orientated housing management service.
Must hold a degree
The role may involve some out of hours meetings and will also involve lone working.
Daily use of own car and a full driving license is essential.
Experience and Knowledge:
- Experience of tenancy management
- Experience of working in a performance management environment.
- Knowledge of housing management law and practice\'s.
- Knowledge of current issues affecting local authorities and social housing.
- Be the first point of contact for and tenancy related issues
- To provide a comprehensive tenancy management and enforcement service.
