Based in Heywood with travel across central Manchester and the northwest region. We are seeking an experienced Property Inspector to join our multi-talented team to empower and assist customers to maintain their tenancies and move on into appropriate permanent accommodation.

Job description
You will be self-motivating with good interpersonal skills and need to have experience of inspecting residential accommodation, assessing its quality and identifying and specifying repair and maintenance work. You will be confident in liaising with customers and contractors to resolve issues and be able to manage contractors undertaking repairs in a timely manner. HHSRS training would be an advantage as would an awareness of the issues facing homeless families and individuals.
