Purpose of the Role
Take strategic responsibility for quality, compliance and service improvement across housing services.
Lead and develop policies, procedures and service level agreements related to casework, regulatory compliance and quality improvement.
Drive improvement of the central casework function to deliver better, faster and more effective responses to residents and stakeholders.
Oversee compliance with the Regulator of Social Housing's requirements, including direct inspection readiness and broader policy improvements.
Represent the directorate to internal and external stakeholders on matters of casework, quality and regulatory standards.
Lead, motivate and manage a team of up to
12 casework professionals
and housing officers, ensuring continuous improvement in all resident-facing casework.
Align the directorate's casework and regulatory improvement strategy with corporate transformation objectives, statutory responsibilities and reputational risk management.
