Location: Walter Road, Swansea



Salary: 26,712 per annum



Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week Monday to Friday



Contract: Permanent



Closing Date: Monday 24th November 2025 at 12pm Noon.



Interview Date: Tuesday 9th December 2025.



About the role




Our

Housing Services Coordinators

handle a wide range of enquiries, from rent queries and repair requests to housing applications and tenancy management. Working closely with colleagues and local partners, you'll ensure our tenants feel supported, safe, and connected to their communities.


As a

Housing Services Coordinator

, your responsibilities will include:

Providing exceptional customer service across multiple channels. Managing housing applications, income collection, and tenancy services. Resolving enquiries at first point of contact where possible. Coordinating repairs and estate management activities. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

We're looking for someone who is customer-focused, resilient, and a great communicator. You'll have strong problem-solving skills, be able to prioritise effectively, and work collaboratively with others.
