Provide practical support and coaching on independent living skills, including budgeting, managing rent and arrears, cooking, shopping, and general household management.
Assist clients in understanding their tenancy/licence agreement responsibilities and ensuring compliance to prevent tenancy breakdown or eviction.
Support clients in accessing welfare benefits, grants, and financial advice to maximise their income and manage debt.
Offer emotional support and crisis intervention as necessary, escalating complex issues to the appropriate manager or external agency.
2. Tenancy and Property Management

Work closely with the Housing Management team to ensure properties are well-maintained and all health and safety checks are carried out.
Report and track necessary repairs and maintenance issues promptly.
Support clients during the move-in and move-out process, including property inductions and completing all associated administrative paperwork.
Mediate and resolve minor neighbour disputes or issues related to anti-social behaviour, promoting a safe and secure living environment for all residents.
3. Partnership and Administration

Act as an effective advocate for the client, liaising with a wide range of external agencies such as Social Services, mental health teams, drug and alcohol services, educational providers, and employment services.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential electronic and paper case records in line with organizational policy and data protection regulations.
Contribute to team meetings, supervision sessions, and multi-agency professional meetings.
Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures, particularly those relating to Safeguarding (Adults and Children), Health & Safety, and Equal Opportunities.
