To support the Housing Strategy Team in the development and delivery of key systems and improvement projects. Provide specialised process and application support for all staff using all Housing systems. To ensure that the IT systems supporting the housing service are operating effectively and updated in a professional and planned manner to meet user and service requirements. Develop and maintain effective business improvement procedures and IT system processes to deliver a customer focused service Maintain effective partnership-based relationships with all other parts of the Housing and Projects directorate, the Council (including elected members), and external bodies. Support the design, implementation, and ongoing management of system reports Analyse system data and make recommendations on actions to take where there are areas of concern or opportunities to develop new initiatives. Support the delivery of the Council's corporate strategy, major projects and legislative changes.
