About the role
The ICT Systems Officer is responsible for supporting the delivery, maintenance, and development of ICT systems, applications, and services to ensure high performance, user satisfaction, and alignment with business objectives. The role includes providing operational ICT support, assisting in the development and implementation of housing and financial management systems, and contributing to business transformation and service improvement projects. The position requires technical support, systems configuration, end-user training, and collaboration with both internal teams and external suppliers to maintain and enhance ICT operations.
